Lepre-Clean Smoothie Recipe

  • 1  cucumber
  • 1 apple – chopped
  • 5 oz honeydew
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 lemon – juiced
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

The Four Leaf Clover

  • 1 1/2 oz kale
  • 4 oz pineapple
  • 1 apple – chopped
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1/4 cup dried white mulberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Shamrock Shake

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk ice cubes
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp organic matcha
  • 1/4 tsp organic peppermint extract
  • Sprig of mint leaves

Blend ingredients until smooth. Then sit back, sip, and enjoy!
